Mental Health Help and Support
If you are experiencing new mental health symptoms or struggling with an existing mental health illness that has got worse, asking for help can be a difficult and daunting thing to do. But it also shows courage and resilience. Everyone needs help from others at times in their life, and we were not designed to weather the storms alone.
Knowing when you need to ask for help shows strength of character and will mean that you will start to feel back to yourself more quickly. So, whether you are reading (or watching) this for yourself or because you want to help someone you care about, you have come to the right place. 1 in 4 people experience mental health illness symptoms at some point in their life, so rest assured that you are not alone.
There are a few ways that you can go about asking for help with mental health concerns. I have included a few different options, so that you can choose which one feels right for you.
